MSU TV Commercial Detector

The program will use AVI and AVS files as input (through Avisynth any video can be opened, supported by mediaplayers). Final result will be in AVS file with marking showing what videoframes to exclude. Also we plan to present results in marking format of some popular videoeditors.

Generally there are also versions optimized for PC and hardware implementations (ASIC/FPGA/DSP). These optimized versions can be licensed to companies.
